1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Note: Custom handmade items may require additional processing time, typically between [5–7 business days], due to the craftsmanship involved.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business day  –  amount calculated at checkout per the delivery address provided

  • Expedited Shipping: per  Request

  • Local Delivery (if applicable): $10.00

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $150.00

Delivery delays may occasionally occur and are outside our control once an order is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Dress Ties by Rose  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your package is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and contact your local postal service. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us at dresstiesbyrose@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

6. International Shipping Policy (if applicable)

We currently ship internationally upon request. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional customs and import duties.

7. Return to Sender / Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
