Refund Policy 

At Dress Ties By Rose, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Email us at Dresstiebyrose@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for the same item in a different size, color, or if the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Dresstiesbyrose@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
